Sonja Gittens Ottley

Sonja Gittens Ottley currently serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Scopely, beginning in July 2024. Prior to this role, Gittens Ottley was the first Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Asana from November 2015 to June 2024, where significant achievements included the design and implementation of inclusion initiatives, the development of Employee Resource Groups, and collaborative efforts in equitable recruiting and career development programs. Gittens Ottley also held positions as Global Diversity Program Manager at Facebook and Global Policy Counsel at Yahoo!, alongside earlier legal roles in Trinidad and Tobago's Ministry of Legal Affairs and Central Bank. Educational qualifications include a Law degree from The University of the West Indies, a Legal Education Certificate from Hugh Wooding Law School, and additional leadership training from Georgetown University.
