Marselle de Kock

Marselle de Kock has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. They started their career in 2014 as a Products and Events Marketing Specialist at the WorldsView Academy for Organisational Change. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Heathrow, where they ensured the delivery of advertising campaigns and coordinated with internal and external stakeholders. They then moved on to become a Marketing Manager at Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd, where they implemented marketing campaigns for trade exhibitions and managed the design and copywriting process. In 2016, they worked as a Digital Brand Manager at Artemisbrands. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Digital Media Specialist at The Project. They then joined Firewater, a digital marketing and PR agency, as a Digital Strategist and Account Manager, where they developed marketing strategies and managed client relationships until 2021. Most recently, they joined Flume Digital Marketing & PR as a Senior Account Manager, where they handled multiple digital clients and managed campaigns and client expectations. They are currently working as a Marketing Project Manager at Scopic Software.

Marselle de Kock began their education in 2006 at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Marselle pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science and Psychology, completing their studies in 2010.

In 2013, they attended Vega School and obtained a BA Hons degree in Brand Leadership.

Marselle then took additional courses to enhance their skills in digital marketing. In 2017, they completed the Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing at Shaw Academy, specializing in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. In 2018, they furthered their education at Shaw Academy by obtaining an Advanced Diploma in the Ultimate Digital Marketing Programme.

Continuing their academic journey, Marselle pursued a Masters in Communication Science at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2019 to 2020, focusing their studies on Strategic Communication.

In addition to their formal education, Marselle also obtained certifications in programming. Marselle completed the Java Tutorial and JavaScript Tutorial at SoloLearn, as well as The Complete Java Developer Course: Beginner To Expert at Udemy.
