Syuzanna V. Mkrtchyan

Syuzanna V. Mkrtchyan has an extensive work experience in various roles. Syuzanna V. began their career in 2017 as an Intern at the Ministry of Education, Armenia. Syuzanna V. then took on the role of Assistant to AB teacher Educator at Ayb Educational Foundation, where they organized two workshops for AB teachers conducted by UCL professors and provided simultaneous interpretation during the workshops. In the same year, they also joined gg as a Project Manager, Customer Support Team Lead, and Customer Success Specialist. In 2020, Syuzanna joined Codics as a Product Owner, where they were responsible for software production and digital storytelling. Finally, in 2021, they became an IT Project Manager at Scopic Software and in 2022, they moved to Kruzo as a Product Manager.

Syuzanna V. Mkrtchyan has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the American University of Armenia, which they obtained between 2016 and 2020.
