Badr Zahrane is an experienced Business Analyst and Salesforce specialist with a strong background in CRM systems and project management. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at SCOR since November 2022, Badr has expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot, utilizing Agile methodologies to enhance CRM maintenance and administration. Previous roles include positions at Tikehau Capital as a Salesforce Pardot Trainer, where Badr improved account engagement adoption, and at Solvay, focusing on CPQ pricing process optimization.
