Julien Regnier

Julien Regnier is currently the Head of the CIO Office at SCOR, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Julien served as the Head of Agile Center, Methods & Quality at Generali from August 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading agile transformation and supervising project portfolio compliance. Julien's experience at AXA Investment Managers from October 2019 to July 2022 involved heading Asset Controlling, focusing on team creation across six countries, improving data collection and quality, and ensuring compliance with CSR regulations. Previous roles include managing finance for Digital Transformation at AXA, where Julien oversaw significant CAPEX and OPEX projects, and strategic planning at Julhiet SterWen for AXA's Cloud Digital Transformation. Julien began a career as a Senior Consultant at Wavestone, working in various sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master in Finance from ESSEC and an Engineering degree from Télécom SudParis.
