Kinga Zagolska

Kinga Zagolska is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management. Currently serving as AVP, HR Business Partner at SCOR since April 2022, Kinga previously held the same title at MetLife from May 2013 to December 2021, where additional responsibilities included the role of Director, HR Business Partner. Earlier in her career, Kinga was the Human Resources and Administration Director at UPC Poland / Liberty Global, Inc. from 2000 to 2012, playing a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies as a member of the Executive Team. Kinga began her career at Bain & Company as Office Manager & Human Resources Manager between 1997 and 1999. Kinga holds a Master's degree in Architecture from Bialystok Technical University.
