Philip Aitken

Philip Aitken possesses extensive experience in risk management, currently serving as a Credit Risk Manager at SCOR since December 2019, and previously as a Market Risk Manager Consultant. Prior to this, Philip held the role of Quantitative Risk Management Intern at SCOR Investment Partners SE from April to September 2019, and completed a summer internship with the University of Edinburgh LHCb Team in 2017, contributing to an accredited conference and a published paper through data analysis and programming in C++. Philip's career began with customer service experience at SCOTMID Ltd. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Risk Engineering: Finance and Insurance from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Master's in Theoretical Physics from both The University of Edinburgh and the University of Helsinki.
