Renaud Ambite

Renaud Ambite has extensive experience in the insurance and risk management sectors, particularly in specialty insurance. Currently serving as Head of Underwriting Management at SCOR since October 2008, Renaud has held various leadership roles, including Deputy Head of Underwriting Management and Chief Technical and Distribution Officer. Prior to this, Renaud worked at AXA Liabilities Managers as Head of Cessions and Retrocessions and held senior underwriting positions within SCOR. Renaud's career began at Ansaldo STS, focusing on safety approvals and reliability studies for railway projects. Renaud's educational background includes a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and advanced degrees from CHEA, Toulouse School of Management, and ENSEEIHT.
