Deborah Wertheimer

Deborah Wertheimer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical product management, consulting, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Product Manager at Optum Technology Inc since August 2020, Deborah also volunteers as a Professional Consultant for SCORE Mentors, assisting small businesses in various operational aspects. As the Founder and CEO of DKW Professional Services, Deborah provides expertise in technology and business consulting. Previous roles include Director of PMO & Client Implementations at National MedTrans Inc., where successful implementation processes were developed, and Senior Program Manager of Clinical Strategic Initiatives at WellCare Health Plans, managing a portfolio of approximately $130 million. Deborah’s background also includes operational leadership at Universal Health Care, significantly reducing regulatory complaints.
