Lukasz Gwardynski

Lukasz Gwardynski is an experienced professional in engineering and business management with a strong background in process design, mentoring, and operational optimization. Currently serving as the Chaptair chair for SCORE Mentors since December 2019, Lukasz has been instrumental in chapter development and community support. At ADM, Lukasz holds the position of Director of Global Engineering & Process Design, overseeing a global process technology roadmap and championing innovation across multiple refining and biodiesel locations. With prior roles ranging from Manufacturing Manager to Production Engineer, Lukasz has demonstrated expertise in team management, process improvements, and project execution. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a Master's degree in Automatics and Robotics from Gdańsk University of Technology.
