Theresa Kwong, MALS has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Theresa currently works as an Independent Contractor, serving as a Marketing Communications Consultant. Prior to that, they were a Workshop Facilitator for Entrepreneurial Programs & Women's Success Lab at SCORE Mentors. Theresa also has experience as an Independent Leadership & Life Coach, where they transformed and enhanced lives through coaching. Theresa has worked with organizations such as Resounding Joy and Our National Conversation (ONC), where they contributed to nonprofit communications and served as a Human Resources Lead, respectively. Theresa also gained experience as a Service & Staffing Coordinator at Home Instead and a Community Concierge & Administrative Specialist at The Oars Senior Living. Theresa Kwong, MALS, holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences, completed in 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University-Sacramento in 2018, and an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Sacramento City College in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Theresa Kwong has also earned several certifications. Theresa received a Leadership Coaching Certificate from the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences in August 2022. Furthermore, they obtained a Conflict Management Certificate and a Management Certificate from American River College in December 2020.
