Mark Walters

Mark Walters serves as the President of the Zionsville Residents Association, where responsibilities include developing strategies, chairing meetings, coordinating events, managing the leadership team, and increasing membership since January 2025. Concurrently, Mark is a Certified Business Mentor at SCORE Mentors since March 2022. Mark previously held multiple leadership roles in the information technology sector, including as a Retired Information Technology Executive and Client Executive at DXC Technology from April 2017 to December 2022, focusing on digital transformation within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Mark also has extensive experience in sales and management roles at HP Enterprise Services and Keane Incorporated, as well as founding and leading Vital Marketing International from 2004 to 2010. Mark's education includes a BA in Political Science and History from Indiana University Bloomington.
