Mark Luccitti

Mark Luccitti is an experienced operations and manufacturing leader currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Lux Precision Manufacturing since April 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing operational aspects of a start-up business and collaborating with a local university for educational and employment initiatives. Additionally, Mark operates Luccitti Consulting, providing manufacturing and leadership consulting services, and acts as a Certified Small Business Mentor with SCORE Mentors. Mark has held significant roles in various organizations, including Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations at Sugar Bowl Bakery and Senior Director of Operations at Bimbo Bakeries USA, where achievements included transformational leadership and operational improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.
