Emanuele A. Lauro

Emanuele A. Lauro, the Company’s founder, has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since the closing of our initial public offering in April 2010. Mr. Lauro also co-founded and serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Scorpio Bulkers Inc. (NYSE: SALT), which was formed in 2013 and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hermitage Offshore Services Ltd. (NYSE: PSV) since December 2018. He also served as Director of the Standard Club from May 2013 to January 2019. Mr. Lauro joined Scorpio in 2003 and has continued to serve there in a senior management position since 2004. Under his leadership, Scorpio has grown from an owner of three vessels in 2003 to become a leading operator and manager of more than 230 vessels in 2018. Mr. Lauro has a degree in international business from the European Business School, London. Mr. Lauro is the brother of our Vice President, Mr. Filippo Lauro.
