Loren Hickok has over 25 years of professional experience in engineering and quality assurance. In 1996, they began their career as an Engineering Intern and Technician Co-Op at EG&G Structural Kinematics. Loren then worked as a Test Engineer for Defiance Testing & Engineering from 1999 to 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they held roles as a Product VA/VE Engineer and Customer Service Engineer at Benteler Automotive. In 2004, they moved to Metaldyne as a Supplier Quality Engineer and Customer Service Engineer. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Supplier Development Engineer at Eaton Aerospace. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Sr. Supplier Industrialization Engineer in the Supply Chain at Tesla. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Head of Quality & Supplier Development and Member of the Board at Sigma-West. Since 2021, they have been an Engineering Consultant - Supplier Quality & Supplier Development at KEH Consulting LLC.

Loren Hickok graduated from Kettering University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering. In 2006, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management from Walsh College.
