Domenic Scorpio

Domenic Scorpio has extensive experience in the construction industry, starting in 1995 as a Senior Project Manager at Charles Perry Construction. Domenic was responsible for the company's Diversified Projects Division, overseeing business development, preconstruction services, and construction operations. In 2000, they joined PPI Construction Management as Vice President and COO, where they directed corporate operations, including construction operations, preconstruction services, and administrative functions. In 2011, they became the President of Charles Perry Partners, Inc., leading the company until 2013. Since 2013, they have been the President and CEO of their own company, Scorpio Corporation. With expertise in conceptual estimating, value analysis, logistics, and scheduling, Domenic has gained insight into various project challenges and has successfully overcome them in both the public and private sectors.

Domenic Scorpio attended the University of Florida from 1990 to 1994, where they completed their Bachelor of Architecture degree. Domenic then pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Master of Building Construction specializing in Sustainable Construction Practices (Green Construction) from 1994 to 1996. In addition to their degrees, Domenic Scorpio holds a certification as a LEED BD+C Accredited Professional from the US Green Building Certification Institute, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
