Maverick Mäensivu

Maverick Mäensivu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career at Jack Jennings & Sons, Inc. in 2017 as a Field Engineer Intern & General Laborer, and continued in the same role in 2018. In 2018, Maverick joined Scorpio as a Project Coordinator, then progressed to the role of Assistant Project Manager. Currently, Maverick is working at Scorpio as a Project Manager. In 2022, they also gained experience as a Real Estate Sales Associate at eXp Realty.

Maverick Mäensivu pursued their education at the University of Florida from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. During their time at the university, they also pursued a minor in Business Administration from 2019 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Maverick obtained several certifications. In November 2018, they received the Procore Certification in various areas such as Project Manager (Construction Financials), Project Manager (Core Tools), Project Manager (Field Productivity), Project Manager (Project Management), and Project Manager (Quality & Safety) from Procore Technologies.

Furthermore, in December 2019, they obtained the 30-hour Construction Safety and Health certification from the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA. In September 2022, Maverick achieved the Real Estate Sales Associate certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Lastly, Maverick's passion for aviation led him to acquire the Private Aircraft Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in February 2023.
