Alvin Go

Alvin Go has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Alvin joined Scorpion in 2019, where they took on multiple roles, including Frontend Product Developer and Director Of Technical Quality. Prior to Scorpion, Alvin worked at ParkMe as a Data Operations/Drive Tester, where they aggregated parking data from various sources and ensured data accuracy. Before ParkMe, they worked at Sasco as a Field Auditor, conducting site verification tests for potential small cell tower locations and training others in the verification process. Alvin started their career at Utility Data Contractors, Inc as a Field Data Technician, where they collected accurate utility pole data for analysis in Southern California Edison's Pole Loading Project. Alvin'searlier role was with GeoDigital International Corp as an Image Analyst, responsible for producing orthographic imagery through rectification of raw helicopter imagery. Alvin utilized software like Microstation v. 8 and GIMP to correct imperfections and ensure high-quality images.

Alvin Go pursued their education by attending UC Santa Barbara from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Geography/GIS. After a gap in education, they enrolled in UCLA Extension in 2017 and completed their studies in Full Stack Web Development in 2018, earning a certification in the field.
