Katelyn Flaherty

Katelyn Flaherty has a diverse work experience in the field of design and web development. Katelyn currently works as a Web Designer at Scorpion. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Designer at Wyld Craft Creative & Design, where they collaborated with clients to enhance their branding and web presence. Katelyn also served as a Lead UI & Media Designer at SecurityCEU.com and as a Graphic Designer at Martin Communications, Inc. Additionally, Katelyn has held positions such as Marketing Design Manager at The Accomac Inn, UI/Web Designer at ModernRugs.com, Marketing Designer at Tex Visions and Builders Surplus, and Senior Designer in both Creative Services and Retail Sales at CafePress Inc. Katelyn gained initial experience as an Intern at Red Toad Media.

Katelyn Flaherty obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from the University of Louisville, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. Prior to their university education, they received an Extended Diploma from Bullitt East High School, completing their studies there from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Katelyn has obtained various certifications on topics such as feedback, coaching culture, diversity and inclusion, unconscious bias, marketing, and design thinking. These certifications were earned from institutions such as LinkedIn and IBM, with completion dates ranging from 2020 to 2021.
