Kyle Smith

Kyle Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Kyle is currently serving as the Vice President of Client Success at Scorpion, a position they have held since May 2021. Before that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Burn Media Co. from February 2020 to May 2021.

Kyle previously worked at Scorpion from May 2015 to February 2020 in various roles. Kyle served as the Director of Operations from September 2016 to February 2020, and as the Technical Services Manager from May 2015 to October 2016.

Prior to their time at Scorpion, Kyle worked at ReachLocal from April 2013 to April 2015. Kyle held the position of Program Manager, Service & Technology Integration and played a key role in improving client-facing issue resolution times and scaling service deliverables.

Earlier in their career, Kyle worked at YF Systems of TX, LLC as a Franchise Operations Manager from May 2009 to October 2010.

Throughout their career, Kyle has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to improve operational effectiveness, and a client-first mentality. Kyle is experienced in overseeing teams, managing projects, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Kyle Smith attended Northwood University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. During their time at Northwood University, they focused on a triple major in Advertising, Marketing, and Management.
