Meg Gately

Meg Gately has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Meg is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Scorpion since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Talent Acquisition at VMLY&R from 2021 to 2022. Meg has also worked at Mosaic North America as a Talent Acquisition Resource Manager and Senior Corporate Recruiter from 2016 to 2021. Before that, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Swoon Technology Resources from 2015 to 2016. Meg also has experience as a Sales Account Executive at NH Learning Solutions Corporation from 2014 to 2015 and as an Associate Director of Recruitment at EDMC from 2012 to 2014. Their early career includes a role as a Senior Recruiter at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts from 2008 to 2012.

Meg Gately obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Purdue University in 2007.
