William Haddad has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. William started their career as a Coach and Educator at Saugus High School, where they led and coached a percussion program. William was responsible for developing curriculum, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and recruiting students.

In 2011, William also owned and operated their own small business called WH Music, providing arts education services to students in the Santa Clarita Valley and Ventura County. William managed and scaled the business, and developed lasting relationships with their clients.

William then worked as a Consultant in Music and Event Partnerships at Remo Inc., where they developed partnerships with community stakeholders to promote educational clinics and music exploration.

In 2014, William joined Lunar Inc. as a Co-Founder, Product & Business Development. William played a crucial role in product management, marketing and GTM strategies, establishing partnerships with non-profits, and conducting market research. William also managed a team and established an advisory board.

William's next role was at Scorpion, where they had multiple positions. William started as a Marketing Assistant, providing support to a team of account managers and directors. William then became a Marketing Manager, followed by a Senior Internet Marketing Manager. In these roles, they strategized marketing campaigns, managed client retention and revenue growth, and invested in advertising to generate positive ROI.

At Scorpion, William also served as a Director of Strategic Marketing, responsible for managing a team and creating digital marketing strategies for top-tier home service customers. William played a crucial role in developing the company's marketing strategy and internal processes.

Most recently, William held the position of Director of Product Management and Senior Director of Product Management (CRM/FSM) at Scorpion, where they focused on managing the company's product portfolio and driving product development in the CRM and FSM domains.

Overall, William Haddad has extensive experience in education, entrepreneurship, product management, marketing, and strategic partnerships.

William Haddad completed their Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from California State University, Northridge, from 2010 to 2015. After that, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree from the California Institute of the Arts in 2016. Additionally, they have received several certifications, including the Google AdWords Fundamentals Certification from Google in April 2018, the Google Search Advertising Certification from Google in November 2017, and the Beat the Odds, Social & Emotional Skill Building Training Certification from UCLArts & Healing in May 2015.
