Valerie Jaiswal

Ms. Jaiswal joined Scorpion Therapeutics in December 2020 as Executive Vice President, Finance, bringing over two decades of strategic and operational finance experience to the company. In this role, she leads the accounting, financial planning, payroll, and treasury functions.

Most recently, Ms. Jaiswal was Vice President, Finance at Fortress Biotech. Prior to joining Fortress, Ms. Jaiswal was at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals from 2008 to 2018, where she held various roles of increasing responsibility, building the finance team as the organization grew from a small start-up to a global biopharmaceutical company.

Ms. Jaiswal holds a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Karnataka, India, an M.S. from Miami University, and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
