Huda Elsherif, PhD, is an Intermediate Sustainability Consultant at Calfordseaden since May 2023, and a PhD Researcher at the University of Kent where research focuses on the social and economic development of developing countries, with an emphasis on sustainable housing solutions for Sudan. Huda also serves as an Assistant Lecturer for a climate module at the University of Kent. Previous experience includes a Research Intern role at Eleanor Trenfield Landscape Architects Ltd, contributing to natural capital accounting, and participation in Enactus, achieving national recognition. Prior to academic pursuits, architectural expertise was developed as an Architect at Newtech Consulting Group and as an Architectural Intern at the International University of Africa. Huda holds a PhD and Masters in Sustainability Studies from the University of Kent, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Sudan University of Science and Technology.
