Andre Chan is an experienced professional in the technology and banking sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. Starting as a Programmer at TA Consultants Limited in 1986, Andre transitioned to BIS Banking Systems as a Senior Programmer before moving to Scotiabank in 1988. At Scotiabank, Andre held multiple leadership roles, including Associate Application Programmer, Senior Manager for IBS - Self Service Banking, and Director of Applications Support for Global Wholesale Technology in the Asia Pacific region, among others. Andre graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Toronto in 1986 and has been retired since October 2018.
