Geetika Issar has extensive experience in talent acquisition and diversity, equity, & inclusion. Geetika has managed recruitment teams, developed recruitment strategies, and worked on various initiatives to support diversity and inclusion efforts. Geetika also has experience in campus recruitment, audit recruitment, and technology consulting recruitment. Geetika has worked with companies such as Deloitte Canada, Scotiabank, and Fromm & Associates, showcasing their expertise in the field. Geetika holds a Honors B.Sc in Cognitive Science & Philosophy from the University of Toronto Scarborough and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
