Juno Chiao

Juno Chiao, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Data Product Management for Scotiabank, leading the development of a hybrid global data & analytics platform focused on user adoption and automated capabilities. With substantial prior experience as a Senior Product Manager at Nulogy, Juno identified market opportunities and developed initial product strategies leading to successful MVPs. Earlier roles include Product Category Manager at Lindt & Sprüngli, where data-driven strategies enhanced consumer revenue, and as the first Product Manager at Sparkrock, where Juno transformed product strategies and customer satisfaction. Juno's career began with positions at Ernst & Young and Dapasoft Inc., where expertise in software development and business applications was cultivated. Juno holds an MBA from IMD and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, along with certifications in tea sommelier.
