Zach Johns

Zach Johns is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Manager of Executive Talent Acquisition at Scotiabank, overseeing the recruitment of mid and senior-level positions within the Bank's Strategic Function groups since May 2021. Prior to this role, Zach was the Human Resources Manager at Maamwesying North Shore Community Health Services, managing HR functions for approximately 110 employees. Zach's background at Scotiabank includes roles as a Senior Consultant in Talent Acquisition focused on various banking positions and contributions to Talent Acquisition optimization projects.
