Ana Cristina Garcia Arambarri

Ana Cristina Garcia Arambarri is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Gerente Atracción de Talento at Scotiabank Colpatria since September 2018, leading the talent acquisition team and recruitment processes. Previously, Ana held various HR roles at Ericsson, including HR Generalist for Colombia and Peru, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR processes and enhancing employee engagement, as well as working as a Regional Recruiter managing end-to-end recruitment across Latin America. With earlier experience at Huawei, Ana managed HR strategies, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with local laws. Ana holds a degree in Industrial Relationships from UCAB and a diploma in HR Management from Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá.
