Felipe Gonzalez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agile transformation and digital innovation within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Agile Transformation Lead at Scotiabank Colpatria, Felipe leads the agile transformation initiatives and strategy development. Previously, Felipe held various roles at PRAGMA S.A., including Agile Coach and Technical Lead, where significant contributions were made towards digital transformation projects for Banco Itaú and Bancolombia. Felipe's expertise also includes implementing agile frameworks at Banco de Bogotá and Banco de Costa Rica, as well as a significant tenure at Grupo Aval, managing portal projects and improving user experiences. Felipe holds a specialization in Enterprise Software Architecture from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a degree in Systems Engineering from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería.
