Rodolfo Vargas

Rodolfo Vargas has extensive experience in customer experience management and strategy development, currently serving as the B2B Customer Experience Team Leader at Scotiabank Colpatria since April 2016. In this role, Rodolfo leads control processes, monitors performance indicators, provides training, and ensures quality assurance while designing initiatives to enhance the experiences of business clients. Previously, Rodolfo held the position of Project Analyst in the Strategy and Control department from August 2012 to March 2014 and worked as an Auxiliary in Foreign Currency.
