Alysha Brown is an experienced senior manager specializing in customer engagement and experience within the banking sector, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Campaigns at Scotiabank since May 2016. With a progressive career at Scotiabank that began in 2010, Alysha has held multiple managerial roles including Senior Manager of the Customer Experience Program (Advice+), Manager of Strategic Support & Communications for Small Business Banking, and various marketing management positions. Prior to Scotiabank, Alysha worked at Alterna Savings in various banking and head office roles from 2001 to 2010. Alysha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from York University, completed between 2003 and 2008.
