Chad Marson serves as the Global Head, Technology Risk Officer and BISO at Scotiabank since May 2021, while also holding the position of Global Head, Information Security Risk Advisory. His extensive experience includes roles such as Cyber Crime Specialist - Course Designer and Instructor at Humber College from July 2015 to February 2024 and Course Creator and Lead Instructor in Cybersecurity at BrainStation from November 2020 to May 2021. Previously, Chad held several leadership positions at CIBC, including Director of Information Security Risk and Director of Information Security for various sectors. His career began with roles at BMO Financial Group and HSBC, where Chad focused on risk management and information security. Chad holds an MBA in Management of Technology and Innovation from Toronto Metropolitan University and an Honours B.Sc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Trent University.
