Daniel Dorenbush is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Prime Brokerage at Scotiabank since February 2013. Prior roles include Head of Business Development at Waratah Capital Advisors Ltd. and Partner & CEO of Canada at Merlin Securities, which was acquired by Wells Fargo. Daniel Dorenbush spent a decade at RBC Capital Markets as Managing Director. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from McGill University and an H.BA in Economics from the University of Toronto, along with the Chartered Financial Analyst designation earned between 1998 and 2001.
