Heather White has extensive experience in the mortgage lending sector, with a career spanning several prestigious financial institutions. Currently, Heather serves as HFLM at Scotiabank since October 2017. Previously, Heather held the position of Senior Manager Mortgage Lending at Home Trust Company from October 2015 to September 2017, and worked as Manager of Mortgage Underwriting at CFF Bank from October 2014 to October 2015. Early in her career, Heather spent over 24 years at Genworth Canada as Senior Escalations Manager and began as Senior Personal Banking Officer at RBC. Heather's expertise includes managing underwriting teams, developing training materials, updating risk policies, and collaborating with product development teams to mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency.
