Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith has extensive experience in engineering and business systems analysis, currently serving as Engineering Lead for Payments and Core Banking Engineering at Scotiabank since June 2020. Previously, Jeff held various roles at American Express, including Consultant and Senior Business Systems Analyst, where responsibilities included producing specifications and assisting in system implementations. Jeff's career also includes significant positions at CIBC as Senior Product Consultant, managing product life cycles, and at Symcor as Project Manager focusing on change analysis and delivery. Additional experience spans roles at St. Joseph Communications, Broadridge, Transcontinental Direct, and Lawson Graphics. Jeff holds a B. Tech in Graphic Communications Management from Ryerson University.
