John McCowen

John McCowen, MBA, has extensive experience in project and operations management, particularly at Consumer Reports from 1999 to 2023. During this tenure, they held various roles, culminating as a Senior Survey Research Operations Associate, where they developed project management processes and improved documentation and quality control for survey research efforts. Currently, John serves as a Senior Manager of Strategy Execution at Scotiabank, having previously worked as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. They have also earned an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
