Joseph Trohak

Joseph Trohak is an experienced leader in technology and cybersecurity, currently serving as Chief Architect and Data Officer at Payments Canada since September 2024 and as the Founder of a Stealth Startup since January 2024. Previously, Trohak held the position of Vice President of Cyber Security and IT Risk at Scotiabank from 2019 to 2024, where a global target operating model for Cyber Security and IT Risk management was developed and implemented. Prior roles include Enterprise Architecture Officer at CIBC, overseeing technology investments and governance, as well as various leadership positions at HP Enterprise Services that involved consulting for Fortune 100 companies and managing significant portfolios. Trohak holds a Bachelor of Arts from King's University College and a Graduate Certificate in International Business from Seneca Polytechnic.
