Karl C. is an experienced professional in technology and cyber security audit, currently serving as Vice President at Scotiabank since September 2018. In this role, Karl leads a team of auditors focused on internal audit activities for Cyber/Emerging Technology, Infrastructure, and Digital Banking portfolios across Latin America. Prior to Scotiabank, Karl held various positions at TD, including Associate Vice President and Senior Group Manager, where responsibilities included leading teams in technology audits and risk management consulting. Karl's early career featured a role as Principal at Deloitte & Touche, as well as management positions in IT auditing at MDS Diagnostic Services and Deloitte. Karl holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Nairobi.
