Kerry Spooner

Kerry Spooner possesses extensive experience in governance and leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Nottingham Building Society since September 2016, Kerry also holds the position of Non-Executive Member of the Remuneration Committee at ANZ UK Branch since March 2020 and continues as a Non-Executive Director at Scotiabank Europe plc since June 2015. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director at Leek United Building Society and Market Harborough Building Society, where Kerry also served as Vice-Chair and SID, and membership on the Lord Chancellor's Advisory Committee for Magistrates.
