Laurie Cox

Laurie Cox is a dynamic and energetic leader currently serving as the District Vice President for Manitoba West at Scotiabank. With an extensive background in human resources, Laurie has held various managerial roles at RBC from 1998 to 2012, focusing on employee development and training. An active champion for diversity, Laurie leads committees, delivers presentations, and participates in multiple Employee Resource Groups. Currently pursuing a CACE in Education at the University of Manitoba, Laurie is recognized for strong communication skills and a proven ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders.
