Len Varaksa

Len Varaksa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit card lending, product strategy, and performance marketing. Currently serving as the Director of BNPL and Lending Strategy at Scotiabank since August 2019, Len focuses on credit card lending and pricing strategies to enhance balance growth and revenue. Previously, Len held leadership roles at American Express, overseeing digital acquisition and credit card product management, and managing strategic initiatives at CIBC across various product portfolios. Len’s career also includes marketing management positions at LoyaltyOne, Regal Greetings & Gifts, Universal Studios Home Video, and Hallmark Canada. Len holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Ryerson University.
