Lisa Goetz

Lisa Goetz currently serves as the Director of Board Services and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Scotiabank since July 2023. Previously, Goetz held the position of Director of Corporate Secretariat at George Weston Limited from May 2021 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes roles at RBC, where Goetz progressed from Corporate Secretariat Manager to Subsidiary Governance Officer and Senior Manager, Corporate Secretariat & Assistant Corporate Secretary between November 2015 and May 2021. Goetz began a career in law as a Law Clerk at various organizations, including WIND Mobile and Globalive Communications Corp., and has also worked at Blaney McMurtry LLP and McMillan LLP. Goetz completed education at Humber College from 2001 to 2003.
