Manish Kumar

Manish Kumar, CFA, FRM, CQF, is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in internal ratings management, enterprise stress testing, and risk analytics. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Scotiabank since July 2021, Manish previously held senior managerial roles at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait, where responsibilities included regulatory model management and the implementation of IFRS 9 across multiple jurisdictions. Prior positions include managing enterprise risk at Ahli United Bank and financial risk management at KPMG, alongside a background in treasury management at Essar Group. Manish holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi.
