Paul Cusack

Paul Cusack has over a decade of experience in the financial and healthcare sectors, currently serving as Director of Product & Design and Director of Business Transformation at Scotiabank since March 2016. Previous roles at Scotiabank include Senior Manager of CX Innovation and Senior Manager of CRM. Prior to Scotiabank, Paul worked at TD as a Solution Designer and Solutions Developer from January 2012 to February 2016, and held the position of Technical Lead at Baxter Healthcare from April 2011 to January 2012, after serving as a System Analyst and System Administrator at the same company from May 2003 to December 2010. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and Database Technologies from the University of Galway and a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management from Technological University Dublin.
