Peter Su

Peter Su has extensive experience in contact strategy and management, currently serving as Director of the Command Centre and Contact Strategy at Scotiabank since February 2017, after previously holding the position of Senior Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at American Express Canada from October 2003 to February 2017, focusing on capacity and contact management as well as dialer strategies. Peter also worked as a Predictive Dialer Manager and Business Analyst at The Collection House from June 1999 to October 2003. Peter Su holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Western University, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
