Randy Bingham

Randy Bingham is an accomplished finance professional serving as Managing Director and Head of the Media & Telecom Group at Scotiabank since April 2010, with extensive experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and capital structure, primarily in the media and communications sectors. Prior to Scotiabank, Randy held various leadership roles at TD from 1992 to 2009, including Managing Director of the Media & Communications Group, and Managing Director & Head of Corporate Finance. Additionally, Randy is a member of The Napa Valley Reserve, a vineyard and winery established for wine enthusiasts. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce with honors in Finance and Economics from the University of Manitoba, alongside multiple finance-related certifications from FINRA and the Canadian Securities Institute.
