Sam Nitsopoulos

Sam Nitsopoulos, CFA, MFin, is the Managing Director of Advisory, Real Estate Banking at Scotiabank. With a career that includes roles such as Corporate Banking Associate and Associate Director in both Canada and the U.S. at Scotiabank, Sam has developed extensive expertise in real estate banking. Prior to this, Sam worked as a Financial Analyst at Geranium Corporation and participated in the Commercial Associate Program at Scotiabank. Sam holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Guelph.
