Subashini Gengeswaran

Subashini (Nalin) Gengeswaran, CHRP, is a Senior Manager of Learning Strategy & Practices at Scotiabank. They previously held various roles within Scotiabank, including Learning Program Manager and Program Specialist, and gained experience as a Safety Office Intern and Student Programming Assistant at the University of Waterloo. Subashini completed their education at the University of Waterloo, earning qualifications in Human Resources Management, Psychology, and Biology. They also served as a Student Liaison for the Human Resources Professional Association.
