Ally Briggs is a skilled sports rehabilitator and healthcare educator with extensive experience in the field of sports medicine and rehabilitation. Currently serving as a Sport Rehabilitator at Scotland Rugby League Limited and a Specialist Healthcare Educator at Neoniq Training Solutions Ltd, Ally has also been a Sports Rehabilitator for the Batley Bulldogs Rugby League Club since December 2016. Previously, Ally held the position of Head of Medical at Ilkley Rugby Football Club from September 2017 to September 2022 and worked as a Sport & Exercise Lecturer at the University of Bradford until January 2022. Ally completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sport Rehabilitation at the University of Bradford from 2014 to 2017.

Scotland Rugby League is the governing body for rugby league and wheelchair rugby league in Scotland overseeing development and participation at all levels of the sport. We are currently 9th in the Men’s World Rankings (3rd in Europe) and Currently 6th in the Wheelchair World Rankings Our aim is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to take part in the game in Scotland while developing a strong competitive environment to support the development of our international players. As well as our senior Men's team we run Women's, Wheelchair, Students, Under 19 and Under 16 teams. The pinnacle of international competition is the World Cup, that will next be staged in 2021 in England.
